25, 1907. A big rain fell Wednesday of last Bert and Nettie Greenwood came up home Friday and visited with D. R. Whipple who came in from Chanute Friday night and visited over Saturday and Sunday with home folks Monical has the pneumonia Whipple and wife went to Climax Friday afternoon with Wm Ellege dehorned cattle for Adams' Tuesday of last week. Several young folks spent the evening at Oren Whipples Friday night.

Several heavy frosts since the rain. tempted suicide one week ago Satur day, died Saturday night, Nov. 23d Floyd Doughty returned last week from a trip through New Mexico, is pretty well pleased to come back to mother. Beaty was visiting in Howard Sunday. Doughty from Madison, was visiting' his broth er, Doughty of Piedmont, a few days last week.

Beaty took trip through Oklahoma last week, re turning Monday night, but thinks this is not the worst place after Mr Peoples is moving on the Jay Thomp son farm to-day, Tuesday. and Ida Johnston spent Sunday with Severy friends.
