In memory's frame we shall keep it Because she was one of the best. Father or Brother We often think of days gone by When we were all together, A shadow o'er our lives has cast, Our loved one gone forever. You're not forgotten, father, dear Nor ever shall you be; As long as life and memory last I shall remember thee. Wife or Daughter No one knows our heartaches, Only those who have lost can tell Of the grief that we bear in silence For the one we loved so well.
