News reporter Bella English won the Feature Award for the story "They Suffer Our Little Children." Selwyn Raab, a reporter for The New York Times, won honorable mention in the Feature category for his story "The New Addicts." The Nellie Bly Award for the best story by a cub reporter was given to Ed Barbini of the Staten Island Advance. The awards will be presented May 20 at the club's installation dinner in the American Museum of Natural History. An awards exhibit will be on display at the New York Telephone Co. lobby at 1095 Sixth Ave.
