Meeting of School Board- It is necessary for iho school board to meet to transact any legal business. The clerk must keep a minute of the meeting the same as all other meetings. Orders signed by one member of the board ami then another, and then another without, having considered the voucher or bill is not a legal order. School boards must meet and allow all voucheis and bills. School boards are liable to get into trouble unless the business is done in a legal way.
