To her family and friends, Lila leaves the most precious of legacies love that was freely and generously given; laughter during the most difficult of times and her famous buttertarts. It was as a mother that Lila realized her true destiny. Her love and patience truly created a positive foundation for her children as they embarked on their life journeys. Once her children were in school she began a twenty year career with Safeway as a cashier.
