Christine Hesson Christine Hesson, 77, of Franklin, died Dec. 8, 1999 at Franklin-Simpson Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 10 at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home. Brother Bobby Joe Forshee officiated.

Burial was held at Old Brush Cemetery in Portland, Tenn. Ms. Hesson was a native of Sumner County, a homemaker, daughter of the late Neil Dobbs and Effie Sut-tle Dobbs and widow of Hubert ti Other Ifa ty native, a farmer, member of Martha's Chapel General Bap- tist Church and son of Don Forest Pearson, of the Boyce Com- munity and Jo Nell Rivera, of Bowling Green. Other survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Rita Henson Pearson; one son, Brandon Pearson; one daughter, Christi Pearson; and his step-mother, Glenda Pearson of Boyce. Other survivors include two brothers, Duane Pearson of Boyce and David Pearson of Franklin; two sisters, Le anna Abies and Kayla Coleman, both of Bowling Green; one step-brother, Paul Parrish of Bowling Green; one stepsister, Sandra Chandler of Bowling Green; four nieces and four nephews.

Mary Redferin Mary Ann Redferin, 62, of Franklin, died Dec. 9, 1999 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

Funeral services were held Dec. 11 at Wilkinson-Wiseman Funeral Home in Portland. Brother Gus Gregory and Brother John Culbertson officiated. Burial followed at Mitchell-ville General Baptist Church Cemetery. Ms.

Redferin was a native of Sumner County, Tenn. and daughter of the late Mosey Shadowens and Clara Main Staggs. Survivors include her husband, Sam Redferin; one daughter, Brigette Redferin of Orlinda, two sons, Troy and Nicky Redferin, both of Portland, two sisters, Joe Evelyn Gentry of Portland and Patsy Jackson of Franklin. Other survivors include two brothers, John Dale Shadowens and Jimmy Heath, both of Portland; three grandchildren.
