15125' BALFOUR Francis David (Frank) Balfour, beloved son of Winifred L. Balfour and the late John D. Balfour, passed away Friday, October 27, 2000 at the age of 49 years. Besides his mother, two daughters, Midori and Genevieve and two sons. Joe and Travis survive Frank.

He is also survived by one sister Mary Chute (Frank); and three brothers, Doug (Donna), Alec (Manlynn) and Bob (Janet). Frank will always be remembered for his quick wit, and sense of humor. His family and friends will sadly miss him. A Funeral Mass for Frank wiU be held in Chilliwack. B.C.

132,64 BANYAI Mr. Zoltan Banyai passed away in Cochrane, AB on October 29, 2000 at the age of 36 years. Funeral Services will be held at LEYDENS married George Henry Kewley and raised five children. Ruth Blazenko (Lionel), George Kewley (Angela), all Calgary, Christine Kewley (Barry) of Cold Lake, David Kewley of Calgary, and Ian Kewley (Kathleen) of Victoria, BC. In 1967, the family immigrated from England to Calgary with the five children in tow.

Their children prospered under the compassion and kindness of Helen and Henry. They have since been blessed with seven grandchildren. Shelley Wutske (Harry). Cameron Kewley (Katie), Cassandra Moss (Rob), Tara Rice (Tom), Tiffany Cammidge, James Blazenko, Milagros Kewley and Resma Kewley. They have further been blessed with two great-grandchildren, Nicholas Rice and Kennedy Rice, Helen is also survived by her brother Kenneth Kay (Evelyn), of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Helen never had an unkind word to say about anyone and has left us a legacy we are proud of. She will be deeply missed by everyone who witnessed her kindness, especially her grandchildren. Helen was predeceased by her husband George Henry Kewley on April 28, 1994. A special thank you is extended to the wonderful staff of Unit 54 at the Peter Lougheed Centre for their gentle, loving care of our mother and grandmother. Mandy, Robin, Shaun, Done, Crystal, Katie, Jonathan, Matthew; as well as four great-great-grandchildren who will fondly miss their grandma; one sister Dolly of England; as well as numerous nieces, nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Patty 1940, her husband Lome in 1955 and her son Trevor (Doris) in 1997. Ethel raised her boys in Crcssfield moving to Calgary in 1959.

She retired at Cambrian Manor where she has left many friends and fond memories. He managed the Midland Coal Mining Company in Drumheiler, AB and then became associated with Amalgamated Coals Ltd. 1973 he donated fifteen hundred acres of Midland Mine Land to the province of Alberta for a provincial park.

One of his proudest moments was the building of the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology on this land. HUGH It is with great sadness the family of Beatrice 'Jean' Hugh announce her peaceful passing in Calgary on Sunday, October 29, 2000. Jean, born in ssTO'MTom- Seattle, moved to Saskatchewan where she pursued moved to Calgary in 1954. Jean loved life and lived it to the fullest An active member at the Glencoe Club, winning many championships in curling and a member of the Canyon Meadows Golf Club. In 1992 she also became a member of the Gyrettes. For the last twenty-seven years Maui was a big part of Jean's life.

She walked Kaanapali Beach every morning, enjoyed snorkeling, swimming, Lahaina Town and the evening sunsets. Jean was an exceptionally giving person, contributing to many chanties and causes. Peter was an avid swimmer and loved to experience the outdoors on his bike or on foot He loved VWs, feeding the birds, gardening, collecting anything and tinkering. George Victor Ludwig of Lacombe, passed away at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre on October 29, 2000 at the age of 74 years. George was born in Broadview, the youngest of seven children. He was united marriage to Eva Van Eaton November 30, 1949. George was a pioneer of the highway building industry Alberta with his companies, George Ludwig Ltd. and Atex Construction, lifetime member of the Alberta Road Builders Association.

After retiring from road construction, George and Eva settled on Gelstar Ranch near Clrve, AB, where they raised Blonde Aquitame cattle and Appaloosa horses. They moved to the town of Lacombe in 1995 where George resided until his death. He is survived by four daughters, Edith (Wayne) Smrth of Lacombe, AB, Bonnie (Jerome) Wiideman of Clive. AB, Donna Ludwig of Calgary. AB.
