Find Plane Wreckage But Hold Little Hope For 7-Man Crew DARTMOUTH, N.S., Feb. 21 Cn Pieces of wreckage from a multiengined Royal Canadian Air Force bomber missing since Monday from the air base here have been found floating in the Atlantic, RCAF. officials said tonight, and faint hope Is held for the lives of the seven-man3 crew of the aircraft. Enemy Alien Claims Army Exemption GUELPH. Feb. 22. CP) Alexandra Carotto, 21, appearing in court yesterday on a charge of failure to report for military service, claimed the status of an enemy alien therefore, he said, he was not eligible for call' up. Judgment was reserved.

Carotto said though his father became a naturalized Canadian citizen in 1932 and the whole family was included in the declaration, he had been born in Italy and that under regulations he could choose between Canadian and Italian citizenship upon reaching the age of 21.
