But it is not playing at a theatre near you. It is playing at the vacant Myrtle Avenue subway station in Brooklyn. Beginning September 17, when passengers peer out of their Manhattan-bound and QB trains they will see a fascinating 20-second animated sequence appear on the walls of the Myrtle Avenue station.

This subway cinema was created by filmmaker Bill Brand, the Cecil B. De Mille of IND. The "film" runs the length of the station platform, consisting of 228 separate panels which, like the frames of a motion picture, give the appearance of fluid motioa So add a little art and enjoyment to your underground travels and keep an eye out for the Myrtle Avenue show. Now playing 24 hours a day. The sixty cent fare is your price of admission.
