In his recreational activities he displayed a similar enthusiasm in skiing and over the last year achieved the very highest level of certification as a scuba instructor.

In all his endeavours Simon gave his full effort with enthusiasm, always seeking perfection. All will miss his special sense of humour, often off beat but always guaranteed to make you smile and laugh in any situation. He was employed with Canadian Pacific Railway for ten years prior to his employment with the Calgary Remand Centre where he served for twenty-one vears until retirement in 1987. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion No. 264.

HODGE Mr. William (Bill) Sinclair Hodge of Calgary, passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on Mav 13, 1991 at the age of 77 years. Beertie was born In Amersfoort, Holland and came to Canada In 1955 and resided In Calgary. She was employed as a medical reference librarian at the Calgary General Hospital until her retirement In October, 1984. In 1985, Beertie and Gerry moved to Kelowna, B.C. and returned to Calgary In 1990 where thev have resided since. Beertie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loved ones.
