Foster Air Force Base spokesmen identified the fliers as First Lt. William R. 24, Houston. and First Lt. John R.

Allard. 24. Cape Girardeau. Mo. Both men were attached to Foster Air Force Base.

The spokesman said the two were en route back to the air base from an undisclosed destination and were in radio contact with the field control The spokesmen said it was not determined which of the men was flying the plane at the time. Neither reported any trouble but radio contact broken at 7 p.m. The plane plummeted down and hit the ground at full power, witnesses said. Wreckage was scattered over a large area hut the plane did explode or burn, the spoke sme id. Tho crash occurred on the Mr- Fadden ranch four miles northwest of the air base.
