Nepean staff to get bonus Nepoean township will pay an estimated $101,000 in an "employee incentive bonus plan" to about 300 municipal workers. Bonuses will range from $250 for someone earning $8,000 a year, to $550 for an employee at the $20,000 a year level. "They have signed a two-year agreement, and with inflation being what it is we want to provide some sort of incentive." said Reeve Andry Haydon following the council decision Monday. "We are not to the problems caused by inflation." All full-time employees, except members of the police association, are eligible.
