He is accompanied by 500 pilgrims. CHARLES L. W. WHITE. 72, of 618 WALNUT STREET, died in Pottstcwn hospital at 7 o'clock last night.

He had been a patient for three weeks and had been ill at home several weeks earlier. Mr. White last was employed at the Bethlehem Steel company. Before working there, he had been a laborer with contractors In the Pottstow'n area. Born in 'Fredericksburg, he had lived in Pottstown for the past 40 years.

Mr. White was a member of the Becond Baptist church, where he was treasurer of the board of trustees, and a member of Keystone Lodge 113, F. and A. M. His survivors include his widow, Mrs.

Mamie (Oliver) White; three daughters, Mrs. Clarice G. Reynolds, 54 South Adams street, Mrs. Mary E. Gamer, Philadelphia, and Mrs.

Fiances Viola Recks, Atlantic City, N. one son. Charles L. W. White 2d.

649 Water street; one sister, Mrs. Flossie Dickerson, of Fredericksburg, three step-sons, and five grandchildren. Services will be arranged today from a funeral home at 931 Green itreet, Norristown. Funeral services for CHARLES W. YERGEY, 68.

Lambour, 37-year-old Pottstown Jeweler and another of the few amateur beekeepers. Mr. Lambour died the past Saturday. Mr. Yergey was born at 444 Lincoln son of Harriet Yergey, of 446 Lincoln avenue, ind the late George L.

Yergey. He lived at the home where he was born for 33 years. Except for a few years as a railroader in Dairying, Crops Meetings Set in Chester County Three meetings covering dairying and will be presented next week for Chester county farmers living in the Pottstown area. Joseph 6. Oberle, asent of the Chester County Agricultural Extension association announced yesterday.

The first meeting will open in the Kimberton grange hall at 10 o'clock Tue.sday morning and will continue through the afternoon. It will be led by Frank Bamer and Joseph S. Taylor, of Pennsylvania State college. Bamer will have charge of the necond session, which will be held at 7:45 Tuesday night in Central school, Loag's Corner, near Elverson. He was the husband of Mary (Nagle) Yergey. For 45 he worked in the I Pottstown freight yards of the Read- I ing company, most of this period as on a switching engine. Beekeeping had been his hobby for about ten years.

He had kept bees on his own property, on Mr. place in Cedarville and in the orchards of friends living in this section. Mr. Yergey w'as a member of Grace Lutheran church; Pottstown Nest 150, Fraternal Order of Orioles; Pottstown Nest 1393, Order of Owls, and the Brotherhood of Trainmen. Surviving are his wife and three daughters, Bernice, wife of Howard Wertz, Lincoln avenue, and Velma and Grace, at home.

A son, T-5 Donald Yergey, was one of first World War II casualties. He died In a prisoner of war camp in the Philippines, Also surviving are two sisters, Alice Yergey, Philadelphia, and Grace Yergey, 446 Lincoln avenue, and three brothers, Clilton, 635 Chestnut street; Alfred, Philadelphia, and George, 373 Spruce street. will be the Rev. Edgar S. Brown pastor of Grace Lutheran church, and interment will be made in Mt.
