THE OTTAWA JOURNAL' 9 Gets Confirmation Gousev Appointed Official confirmation of the appointment of Feodor Gousev as Soviet Ambassador to London received by the Russian Legation yesterday. Whether Mr. Gousev, -now in Moscow, will go direct to his London appointment or first to Ottawa, is not yet known, Sergei M. Koudriavtzevf first secretary at the Legation, last night told The Journal.
