Tully was born in New York, and lived in Belleville before moving to the Shore area in 1956. He was a winter resident of Boca Raton, Fla. Mr. Tully was a self-employed real estate developer before retiring 1 15 years ago. He served as president of Snug Harbor Realty and Bel Crest Homes, Toms River.

He was a member and past president of the Manasquan River Golf Club, Brielle, and a member of the Delray Dunes Golf Club, Delray Beach, Fla. From 1946 until 1954, Mr. Tully served as mayor of Belleville. He is the past chairman of the Belleville March of Dimes; past chairman of the Mantoloking Dunes Homeowners Association, and a member and past president of the Belleville Lions Club. Mr.

Tully was a World War II Marine Corps Veteran, and and a batlefield commission st Iwo Jima. He was recalled to active duty during the Korean War, and discharged with the rank of captain. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Bay Head, and a member of its Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, Marie Wertz Tully; two sons, James J. Tully, Stillwater Township, and Robert C.

Tully, Brielle; four daughters, Kathleen Vergier, Barbara Denihan, and Carol O'Neill, all of New York, and Deborah Flego, Red Bank; two brothers, John Tully, Pembroke, and Francis Tully, Boca Raton, Fla. and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Tully were Monday from the O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall Township, followed by a Mass in Sacred Heart Church. He was buried in St.

Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River. Joseph Maraziti, Former Congressman Joseph J. Maraziti, a Republican U.S, Congressman fort the 13th district in the early 1970s, died Monday in St. Claire's Riverside Medical Center, Denville, after a brief iliness. He was 78 years old.

Born in Boonton, Mr. Maraziti was a lifelong resident of the borough and was a summer resident of Manasquan. Mr. Maraziti was elected to Congress in 1972, and served one full term. He was a member of the U.S.

House of Representatives Judiciary Committee during the Watergate investigation and was a stuanch supporter of President Richard Nixon. Congressman Maraziti also served on the veteran's affairs committee and the Indian affairs committee during his term. From 1968 to 1972, Mr. Maraziti was state senator for the 10th Legislative District, serving as majority whip in his final year. While in the Senate, he was a member of the legislative services commission, joint appropriations committee, and chairman of the public health and welfare committee.

Mr. Maraziti also served a state assemblyman from 1958 to 1967. He was legislative secretary to the State Senate from 1931-34 and 1938-40 and served in the same post for the State Assembly i in 1936 and 1937. A graduate of Fordham University and Fordham Law School, Mr. Maraziti was admitted to the New Jersey Bar Association in 1938.

He was an attorney with an active practice in Boonton until his recent illness. Migdol, Manasquan, died Sunday in The Medical Center of Ocean County, Point Pleasant. He was 73 years old. Born in Boonton, he lived there before moving to Manasquan four years ago. Mr. Migdol was a dispatcher for Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, for 40 years, retiring in 1977.

He was an Army veteran of World War II, and a communicant of St. Denis Roman catholic Church, Manasquan. He was a member of the Boonton Knights of Columbus; and the Catholic Sokols, also Boonton, and American Legion Post No. 1000. Also, he was a member of Manasquan Elks Lodge No.

2535, the Manasquan Fishing Club, and the Manasquan chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons No. 4338. Surviving are his wife, Ruth Martin Migdos; a daughter, Margaret Schenane, Maywood, three brothers, Michael Migdol, Poonton, N.J., and John and Edward Dzumey, also of Boonton, and two grandsons. Funeral services for Mr. Migdol were yesterday from the Robert C.

Neary Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of the Ressurection in St. Denis Church. He was buried in St. Catharine's Cemetery, Wall Township. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Manasquan First Aid Squad, Broad Street, Manasquan, NJ.

08736. Roy N. Smith, 78. Was Track Star Roy N. Smith, Long Branch, died May 14 in Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.

He was 78 years old He was bom in New York, and lived most of his life in Long Branch. Mr. Smith was a dispatcher for the Central Railroad of New Jersey for 35 years before his retirement. Mr. Smith was a track and field star at Long Branch High School aand was a national champion, and twice state champion in the quarter -mile.

He continued his track career at Syracuse University, and was selected to compete in the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics by the American Olympic Committee. In 1985, he was inducted into the Long Branch High School Athletic Hall of Fame. His first wife, Margaret Boyle Smith, died in 1971, and his second wife, Muriel Desmond Smith, died in 1989. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia E. Mixson, Belmar, a brother, Kenneth W.

Smith, California, and three grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Smith were Saturday from the Woolley Funeral Home, Long Branch. Contributions in Mr. Smith's memory may be made to the Belmar First Aid Squad, 9th Avenue and street, Belmar, NJ.

Born in Duquesne, he lived in Belmar and Lehigh Acres Fla. before moving to Manasquan 30 years ago. Mr. Kessler was a salesman for New Jersey Natural Gas Wall Township.

He was a merchant marine veteran of World War 11, and a member of the American Legion Post No. 323, Lehigh Acres. Mr. Kessler also was a member of the Lehigh Acres Elks Lodge No. 2602, and the Spring Lake Chapter of Deborah Hospital Foundation.

Survivinga re his wife, Amelia Byko Kessler; a son, Gary S. Kessler, Dallas, a brother, Lou Kessler, Chicago, A sister, Ann Silverstein, New York, and one grandchild. Funeral services for Mr. Kessler were Friday in theRobert C. Neary Funeral Home, Manasqun.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Deborah Hospital, State Office, Browns Mills, N.J. 08015. Catharine H. Gifford Catharine H. Gifford, Belmar, died Tuesday in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Point Pleasant.

1. She was 81 years old. Mrs. Gifford was born in Lakewood, and lived there for many years before moving to Belmar in 1984. Her husband, Wilbur Gifford, died in 1990.

Surviving are a son, Raymond G. Gifford, Land of Lakes, two daughters, Virginia bough, Belmar, and Gloria Wombough, Neptune; three sisters, Hope Anderson and Julia Bergeron, both Lakewood, and Pearl McCurier, Plumsted Township; 13 grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren, and five greatgreat -grandchildren. Lakewood Funeral Home, Howell Township, is in charge of arrangements. Patricia A. Mitchell, Patricia Ann Mitchell died Monday in her Belmar home.

She was 55 years old. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Mitchell had lived in Belmar for the past 12 years. She was an inventory controller for Genlight, Secaucus, for the past 25 years. Mrs.

Mitchell was a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church, Jersey City, and attended Ascension Roman Catholic Church, Bradley Beach. Surviving are her husband, James S. Mitchell; ason, James J. Mitchell, Jersey City; four brothers, John Curley, Bradley Beach; Edward Curley, Summit; Owen Curley, Jersey City, and James Curley, Queens, N. Y.

Also surviving are four sisters, Margaret Bierman and Bernadette Denton, both of Clearwater Joan Drieimian, Bayonne, and Evelyn nooney, Bradley Beach, and several nephews and nieces. The Johnson Funeral Home, Wall Township, was in charge of arrangements. ST. Jackson, Was 93 Years Old Andrew S. Jackson, Manasquan, died Monday in Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He was 93 years old. Mr. Jackson was born in Neptune and was a lifelong resident of Manasquan.

He was a service manager for Howard Height Ford, Manasquan, for 49 years before retiring in 1966. He was a charter member of the Manasquan First Aid Squad; a member of the the Manasquan Fire Department, and a member of the State Exempt Fire Department. Also he was a 63-year member of the Spring Lake- Wall Lodge No. 73 Free and Accepted Masons. Surviving are his wife of 70 years, Thelma Burdge Jackson; ason, Vernon A.

Jackson, LaConner, a daughter, Erma Jackson, Manasquan, and one grandchild. Funeral services for Mr. Jackson will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the Johnson Funeral Home, Wall Township. He will be buried in Atlantic View Cemetery, Wall Township.

Supreme Court and Morris County Bar Associations. In addition, he was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Boonton, and its Holy Name Society, the Walter J. Barrett Council No. 1954 Knights of Columbus and the Elks Lodge No. 1405, both in Boonion.

Mr. Maraziti also served on the board of director of the former All Souls Hospital, Morristown. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Eiloon Hopkins two sons, Joseph J. Marazili, Chatham Township, and Charles A. Maraziti, Boonton Township; five daughters, Mary Ellen Baldwin, Boonion; Margaret Patterson, Manasquan; Maria Wilhelm, Cranston, R.I: Catherine Bennett, Warwick, N.Y., and Eileen Wren, Long Valley.

Also surviving are three sisters, Rose Maraziti and Amalia Maraziti, both Boonton, and Inez. Mcola, Morris Plains, and 16 grandchildren. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Cannel Church, followed by interment in' St. Mary's Cemetary, Boonton.

Visiting will be today from 2-4 and 7.9 p.m. at Mackey Funcral Home, Boonton. Contributions in Mr. Marzziti's memory may be made to Eva's Kitchen and Sheltering Programs, Father Vincent Puma, 96 Hamilton Street, Paterson, N.J. 07505.

Mrs. Lomenzo was born in Waterbury, lived in West Virginia, and New Orleans, before moving to Manasquan in 1968. She was a communicant of St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, Manasquan. Her husband, Dominic Lomenzo, died in 1987.

Surviving are two sons, Fred Lomenzo, Manasquan, and Richard Lomenzo, Midlothian two daughters, Valerie Fischer, Allenhurst, and Lorraine Maccia, Wall Township; four brothers, Bennie Osecki, Annandale, Samuel Osecki, Leonardtown, William Osecki, Bradford, and Stanley Osecki, Morgantown, W. Va. Also surviving are three sisters, Mary Hughes, Persglove, W. and Helen Selensky and Christine Godfrey, both of Morgantown; six grandchildren and one great -grandchild. Funeral services were Tuesday in the O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall Township.

Mrs. Lomenzo was buried in St. Catharine's Cemetery, Wall. Lois Fine Richards Lois Fine Richards, Brielle, died Tuesday in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Point Pleasant. She was 87 years old.

Born in Newark, she lived in Ridgewood before moving to Brielle 32 years ago. Her husband, Frank March Richards, died in 1961. Survivng are one daughter, Marilyn R. Grinwis, Brielle; a son, Donald F. Richards, Guayaquil, Ecuador; six grandchildren, and 12 dren.
