THE WINNER AND STILL President W. R. White still held the most coveted championship among Baylor University faculty and administration last night after driving his donkey to a photo finish in the school's annual May Day donkey race. He defeated Dr. Gladys Hicks, Baylor dean of women, challenger for the title Classes were dismissed for the day, and faculty joined students in a full day of play on the campus.

Student elections and coronation of a May Queen were other highlights of the annual event. (Photo by Windy Drum). In Hospital Potato Chip Firm Founded bv Waco Man Joe B. Rabom, co-owner of Ra- bom Potato Chip Co. and a resident of Waco all his life, died in a local hospital at 8:45 p.

m. Wednesday. He was 52 years old. Funeral services, Compton's Funeral Home in charge, are pending. Mr.

Rabom had been in failing health for several years and had been confined to a hospital the past three weeks. He was known around Waco as and at one time weighed 360 pounds. With his brother, John L. Rabom. he founded the Raborn Potato Chip Co.

in 1938. Before that he was associated with a local milk company. His father. Rev. Sam L.

Raborn. was an evangelist in Waco when Mr. Rabom was bom. Rev. bom is now retired and at Milford.

Survivors include his widow; two sons, Joe Raborn Jr. of Moffett Field. Calif, and W. H. Rabom of Waco; one daughter, Mrs.

Sam Braun of Waco; three brothers. John L. Raborn and Paul Rabom of Waco, and Rev. Wr. R.

Rabom of Carlisle, three sisters, Mrs. E. L. of Chicago. Mrs.

C. E. Douglas of Waco and Mrs. Joe Clanton of Milford; his father of Milford, and five grandchildren. (See obituary.
