Bujrgles estate of the award granted by a Jury to compensate for damages In the condemnation proceedings by the county commissioners who intended to put road through the property, in 1926 and 1927. was awarded $1,500 in 1929, when the Hahn-nl proceedings were still in court. Difficulties were settled and the Hahnrd was finally built and plans to build a road throush the Property abandoned.

If the 1.500 award Is not paid within the time set by Judfre Baxter, a decree of abandonment will be entered and the court costs, attorney fees and expense Incurred in the case will be assessed to the defendants. Earl Krueger and John F. McCrystal. are attorneys for Mrs. Emma ftugffels, executrix of the Buggies estate.
