TRANSMITTING NIAGARA'S ELEC? TRIC POWER. Electric power transmitted to Buffalo from Niagara Falls for Industrial purposes on or before November 1. This declaration was made yesterday by Nicolo Teeln, the great electrician, at the conclu? sion oi a successful test of his trans? former at Niagara Falls in the presence of officials of the Niagara Falls Power Com? pany and the Power and Conduit Com? pany, several electricians from Pittsburg and other cities.
