It was established this year as a meant of solving problems of hot- roddlng, show-off driving and other bad practices frequently attributed to teen-agers, The court has fun support of the Khool administration and faculty but the youngsters themselves handle all court procedures. -iiT 11 .?. trafflc violation tickets are distributed to 80 "special monitors" who keep on Ihe lookout tor infractions of the code. The court's jurisdiction Is limited to the 70 acres of school grounds area. Students .who are not "special monitors" may file complaints and appear as witnesses. Violators who plead guilty may pay their fines without attending court, but those who wish to contest the charge may argue their own cases or bring itudent "defense attorneys" to represent them. 'Dead' Nurte Shocked Back to Lite After Hour and 45 Minutes CHICAGO Wj—Darline Timke, a student nurse whose heart stopped beating for.an hour and 45 minutes, was revived by massage of the organ and use of an electrical device, doctors at Presbyterian Hospital has disclosed. A charge of 110 volts was sent directly through her exposed heart for half a second, the doctors reported, after three physicians alternated In massaging the nurse's heart to keep her blood circulating through her body. Miss Timke, 21. discussed her experience of last Dec. 12 with newsmen yesterday. She said she suffered from temporary amnesia after the operation and for a time was living two years in the past.
