decided to take final action on whether an attempt will be made at the next term of circuit court: to change the present form of govern ment from that of a town to a city of the second class rating A report was read before the meet ing drawn up by the citizens com mittee appointed at last week's meet ing who held their first meeting Monday afternoon Ths committee's report as read before the council at this time requested that additional facts and figures be obtained in or der to have some basis to work from The town auditor A Gravely who was present at the citizens commit tee meeting Monday presented a set of figures in which he showed how the town would stand with the change from the present form of town government to that of a second class city rating The committee at this meeting ask for further information which was not available at that time but since then according to Mr report at the council meet ing last night he had obtained and would be presented at the next
