Wermer, Collector of Taxes in the Borough REAL ESTATES, FOR UNPAID TAXES 1974 of Montvale, in the County of Bergen, pursuant to the authority of the Statute in such case made and provided will on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1975 at 11:00 o'clock a.m., in the Collector's Office in the Municipal Building of the said district, expose for sale and sell the several tracts and parcels of land hereinafter specified to make the amount chargeable against said lands, respectively as of the first day of July 1975, all as computed in the list on file in my office together with additional interest on these amounts from July 1, 1975, to the date of sale and the cost of sale. The said lands will be struck off and sold to such person as will purchase the same subject to the redemption of the lowest rate of interest, but in no case in excess of 12 percent per annum.

The payment for the sale shall be made before the conclusion of the sale, or the property will be resold. The sale is made in pursuance of the provisions of Chapter 237, P.L, 1918, and the Act amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. Any of said tracts ot land may be redeemed betore sale by the payment of the amount due thereon to date of such redemption including costs to such date. 13 at Barnert Memorial Hospital, Paterson. He was born in Passaic and had lived in Fair Lawn 18 years before moving to the township three months ago. Mr. Lazovick was past president of the Passaic Hebrew Independent and Benevolent Assn. and a volunteer at Barnert Memorial Hospital.

Surving are his daughter, Mrs. Carol Lipkin of Washington Township; a brother, Max of Elmwood Park and three grand- 00 00 0 children. His wife, the former Belle Glatt, died last year. Interment was in Passaic Junction Cemetery, Saddle Brook. A period of mourning will be observed at 435 Pascack Road.

Mrs. Thomas Shea RIVER VALE A funeral mass for Mrs. Florence Shea, a lifelong resident the township, was offered Saturday at St. Andrew's R.C. Church, Westwood.

Herman Lazovick WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP Services were held Sunday at Gutterman Musicant Krietzman Funeral Home, Hackensack, for Herman Lazovick, 70, of 435 at the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was a telegraph operator with the Erie Lackawanna Railway for 44 years before her retirement in 1961. She was a parishioner of St.

Andrew's Church. Her husband, Thomas, died in 1962. Mrs. Shea is survived by a niece, Mrs. Marge Rutz, and "two nephews, George and Joseph Kociemba.

Interment was in St. Andrew's Cemetery. The Lyons Funeral Home of Westwood was in charge of arrangements. Robert Karrasch receives new rank WESTWOOD The U.S. Air Force has promoted Robert W.
