On Monday, November 4, 1996, Paulette Luceille Jacinet Antoniuk of Edmonton passed away after a long battle with breast cancer at the age of 44 years. Survived by husband, Gerry of Edmonton; one daughter Michele (Troy) Archibald of Sherwood Park; one son, Paul of Edmonton; grandson, Kennedy of Sherwood Park; her parents, Paul and Therese Farley of Edmonton; two sisters, Donna (Scott Thomson) Farley of Edmonton and Jo-Anne Farley of Vancouver, British Columbia; also a Special Friend and Caregiver, Barbara Lund.

Predeceased by one brother, Richard Farley in 1973. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Henry Askin in 1985, and is survived by sons, Michael and nd wife Jane, William and wife Donna, Peter and Kenneth. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Julie, Bertie, and by Janet and Dara and their mother Peggy.

Edith taught piano and theory for fifty years in Alberta and British Columbia; her gift of music was shared by hundreds of pupils, and she was active in church choirs and choral groups all her life. Funeral services will be held on November 6, 1996 at 1:00 p.m. from St. Andrew's United Church at 7756 Grand, Mission with Reverend Martin A. Reid officiating.

She was predeceased by her husband Heinrick in 1970; three sisters, Maria and Zenia of Ukraine and Pauline of Legal; two brothers, John of Morinville and Andrew of St. Albert. On October 25, 1996, Mr. Edmund Bender of Edmonton, passed away at the age of 65 years. He will be sadly missed by his two aunts, Amalia Lingle of Edmonton and Victoria Mossman of Saskatoon; also numerous cousins in Canada, Ukraine and Germany and a host of friends.

Ed will be remembered for his care and dedication that he gave to his mother. He was predeceased by his father, Heinrick in 1970. Divine Liturgy for both Eva and Edmund will be held on Wednesday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 10825 97 Street.

-060377 CARSON, Stuart R. On November 3, 1996, Mr. Stuart R. Carson of Edmonton passed away at the age of 80 years. He is survived by one son, Robin and his companion, Susan Stanger of Edmonton; one grandson, Colin 1 Carson of Burnaby, B.C.; one granddaughter, Renee and her husband, Burke Oswald of Sherwood Park; one Garett Oswald.

He is also survived by numerous in-laws whom he loved as brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary Rose in 1993; and one brother, Edward in 1949. Stuart was well known in Edmonton as an actor and make up artist. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St.

Funeral Directors and Licensed Crematorium. 428-6666. 019980 CLARKE, Robert (Bob) Benjamin Robert (Bob) Benjamin Clarke was born in Calgary, July 17th, 1927, and passed away peacefully at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, in the early morning hours of November 2nd, 1996 at the age of 69 years.

Bob was educated in Calgary, and moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1947 to further his education as a Journeyman Steamfitter with Harland and Wolfe Shipbuilders. He married Josephine (Ena) Ramsden of Belfast, in 1952 and returned to Montreal, Canada where he was employed by Dominion Bridge Ltd. They moved to Calgary in 1955. Bob was employed by Trans Alta Utilities in 1956 at Wabamun then Seba Beach, Alberta, and was transferred to Calgary in 1977. Bob retired from Trans Alta Utilities in 1988, following 32 years of service.

As well Bob served on provincial and national boards related to his trade and the utilities industry. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, and volunteered with the United Way of Calgary. He was predeceased by his wife, Ena in 1975, and is survived by his loving family: a son, lan, Edmonton; daughter, Moira, Calgary; daughter, Maureen (Rob), and granddaughter, Heather, Victoria; and daughter, Siobhan (Bradley), Calgary; two sisters, Norah (Keith), Surrey, B.C. and Margaret, Kelowna, B.C.; brother, Jack (Joyce), Calgary, and their families; and his dear friend, Flo of Calgary. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, travel and dancing.

He lived a full and rewarding life. Family and friends will remember him with thanksgiving. Funeral Services will be held at St. James Anglican Church, 6351 Ranchview Drive N.W., Calgary, on Tuesday, November 5th, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Arthur Sheffield officiating.

Eva was born on December 15, 1925 in Tees, Alberta and grew up in the Clive area.

She worked in Edmonton and Jasper, where she met George. They were married November 30, 1949 and lived in Calgary for 30 years before moving to the Clive area for 13 years. They then moved to Lacombe where they now reside. Eva was active in the Girl Guides for many years and took a keen interest in raising Purebred Appaloosa horses and Purebred Blonde D'Aquitaine cattle. Eva is survived by her loving husband of Lacombe; four daughters: Edith Mae (Wayne) Smith of Okotoks, Bonnie (Jerome) Wildeman of Clive, Alberta, Donna V.

Ludwig of Calgary, and Elizabeth A. Ludwig of Lacombe; and also seven grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Don Van Eaton of Clive, and Archie Van Eaton of Sidney, B.C. and numerous other relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed by all.
