Gunter be lovingly remembered by his wife, Margaret; and his daughter, Karen. Also survived by his brother, Herbert; and sister, Liselotte, both from Germany; his father-in-law, Henry Niemann; sisters-in-law, Edith Edda (Bob) Stein, Irmie (George) Farrah, and (Bill) Sorochan; brother-in-law, Karl (Bernice) Niemann; and nieces and nephews.
