Our text has been ridi culed by the so-called wise of the earth, laughed at and sneered at and mocked at by the Infidel, but none has ever brought back an an swer. "God said, 'Come, let us reason God is always reasonable and Invited us all Into the council chamber with Him. "This text should startle every man and woman who has not ac cepted the gospel of Christ I hope that these words, 'How shall we es cape if we neglect so great a salva will burn themselves into the heart of every man and woman who is out of Christ.

"The only way to escape is through the salvation which God has provided, and if you neglect it, there is no escape. "Our first thought about salva tion is that we are saved from hell and made fit for heaven. Nobody is fit to associate with God until he is born again, God is particular about thoso who are going to come and live in His home. God has a right to state the conditions of the terms upon which we can cross the threshold Into heaven. There are those who want to eliminate from the Bible that which is not pleas ant for them to receive.

They imag ine if they say that they do not be lieve a thing, of course, that settles it, and that makes them immune from any punishment because of their unbelief. It does not make any d'ffercnco If you believe In hell or not, the one who rejects Jesus Christ will go there anyway."
