1.84 pair Relaxed liquor licensing laws could be in effect within two weeks, Alberta Liquor Control Board Chairman A. D. Elliott said Wednesday. Mr. Elliott said the regulations, implementing changes in legislation permitting smaller restaurants to serve wine and beer, and beverage rooms to serve liquor and wine, are being checked by the board's lawyers.
