Aline Her Baby Daughter and Leona Smyer Victim of Unusual Accident Two Darke County Residents Held on Serious Charges As Result of Occurrence Late Yesterday. Three Plant people mra injured in one ol the most unusual acci dent on record late yesterday afternoon and as a consequence twD Darke county residents, a man and a woman, are bath held en charges of driving an automobile while Into Jdc ted. The unusual accident happened at (he intersection South and Gordon streets at yesterday afternoon when a car driven by Harry Esky, 37.

Mrs. Kraus was taken to the hospital where nine stitches were required to close the ugly wound in her leg. Her condition today was reported as satisfactory. Police say both Mrs. Feeder and ESky have been held here on Intoxication charges before. Esy apparently did not know the dangerous wire was trnllmg his car but explained that lie had left the road and crashed into a fence mile west the city on the Brown pike.
