Buitm appeared for petitioner. petition was referred to the city at orney. a ne petition was granted with the understanding that all the rights of this city can be exercised, and that he must remove the pipe at the instance of the city trustees, in case of laying pipes for watar, sewer and gas pine's. The peti-lioiur's pipe is to belaid fourteen feet from the propeity line. A petition was received from the directors of the agricultural association for the.
