Syndicate After Two Block Negotiations are pending for two blocks bounded by Madison and Park Avenues, 45th and 47th Streets, each measuring 200x400 feet. Offers to lease this property have been made to the New York Central Railroad interests by a syndicate which would improve them with tall offices.
