Sunday, November 19 Tkc Crowiey Past Sigeal 11 Area 4-HFFA Rabbit Show to be held in Crowley The Acadia Parish 4-11 rabbit club. ACBBA. will sponsor a I all Rabbit Show. The show will be held on Saturday. November 23 ai ihc Acadia Parish Mulu-Purpose Building in Crow ley.

The judging of anunals will start at 8:30 a.m. All entries should be called in by Friday. November 1 Contact Mr or Mrs. Lawrence Vincent at 788-3624 between the hours of 5-9 An entry fee of $1 per rabbit will be collected the morning of the show. There will be a class for each ARB A recognized breed and the judsing order will be posted the day of the show.

All rabbits must he permanently and legibly tattooed in the left ear in order to participate in this show. Duncan An aerospace demonstration was presented recently by Steve Culivan at Estherwood Elementary School. Mr. Culivan is a NASA Aerospace Educat Specialist assigned to Education Branch, at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a member of a team of specialists employed by Oklahoma State University whose function is to acquaint the educational community with the role of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the exploration and development of air and space.

He presents aerospace demonstrations in Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Iowa, Missouri and Tennessee. He conducts aerospace education programs for teacher enhancement, professional education organizations, student classrooms and assemblies, educational television and civic groups. All students attended the demo in the school gym. He then visited the sixth and seventh grade classrooms where he showed a space video. He also showed the students samples of space food and students were encouraged to participate in a question and answer session.

Frederick Gossen Jr. Frederick J. Gossen a Rayne businessman and a member of the Acadia Parish Republican Executive Committee, is a candidate for the Louisiana Republican State Central Committee. "I served on that committee at one time some years ago," said Mr. Hensgens. "I have been a Republican since 1979. Our Parish Chairman Senator Guy Gardiner has done a terrific job and he and I have worked to increase the Republican numbers in Acadia Parish. We feel like it looks good at this point, but there is a lot of work yet to be done.

Mrs. Garrett was the Acadia Parish Chairman for the Bush-Quayle Victory '88 Campaign. 4. Mrs. Garrett was elected as a delegate to the Republican convention in 1982, 1991 and 1994.

She was also elected as a delegate to the national convention in 1984 and as an alternate delegate in 1987.
