Anne was born in Montreal April 1923 to Doris and Marshall Seath. on Survived by her brother Bill; her daughter Jane and son James.

She will be missed by her five grandchildren Jessica. Michael, James, Emma and Shannon. She will also be missed greatly by her niece Jill and nephew John. Anne graduated with a BSc in chemistry from McGill University in 1944. She went on to a professional career with Atomic Energy in both Chalk River and Harwell in Britain and later at Food and Drug in Ottawa.

She married John Almond in 1952. Anne enjoyed her time outdoors and participated in many hobbies and pastimes including gardening, skiing, walking and especially appreciated her time at the cottage in Perth. He will be missed by his eleven grandchildren one great grandchild. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, he became a dedicated public servant for forty six years at Agricultural Canada. He was a lifetime advocate for the arts and supported many local artists and musicians.
