Survived by her sisters Elvira (late Jack) and Margaret (late Max). Predeceased by her mother Ladouceur, her brother Claude and beloved Yves Fournier. She leaves behind her beloved children Sol Bard (Patricia Wright) and Zacharie Bard and her father Ernest L. Bard. She also leaves her devoted sister Sylvie full of kindness, courage, compassion and exceptional care.

Also her brother-in-law Mario Boudreault with his positive attitude and good sense of humour, that made her laugh. Her two brothers Guy and Denis her nieces and nephews, Joey, Patrice, Chanelle, Micheal, Francis-Claude, Karine, Pierre Melissa and their little ones. She leaves her big family of L'Arche Ottawa and many friends in other L'Arche Communities. Her three angels Lorraine Lacoste, Robert Lamoureux and Louise Lablanc. She had been battling cancer over the past six months, and was accompanied by her son, Sven Dickinson, on a final pilgrimage to see friends and family in Spain.

She was an incredibly loving and devoted wife to Robert, an exceptionally supportive mother to Sven, a lifelong friend to his father Rufus, and a proud grandmother to their grandson, Kiva. Ursula loved people and left behind a treasure chest of friends around the world whose lives she touched with her kindness, warmth, sacrifice, and boundless spirit. Christopher) A Grey Sister of the Immaculate Conception, Pembroke, ON died in Pembroke on the 13th day of January, 2013 in the 75th year of her Religious Life. Left to mourn her loss are the members of her religious community, dear friends, Sister Rita Kennedy, GSIC, Monsignor Robert Latour, and Father Brian Clough. Predeceased by parents, John and Mary Catherine (Geary), and her brother, Alfred. Kathleen was born in Buckingham, Quebec, on May 2nd, 1920. She entered the Community on May 17th, 1938, pronouncing final vows on August 5th, 1943.

Her career as a teacher led her to various areas including Midland, to Ottawa, as Principal of Our Lady Mount Carmel, as well as Corpus Christi School in Penetanguishene, and Bishop, Smith in Pembroke. From 1977-1983, she held the position of "Religious Education Coordinator" for Renfrew County Separate School Board. In retirement she ministered as Parish Assistant in Ottawa, at St. John the Apostle, Our Lady of Fatima, St. Augustine's and finally at St.

OTTAWA A CITIZEN -C667537 "We love you all the much in the world" 613-829-9321 C667962 KHOSLA, Sukh Dev 1932-2013 Sukh Dev Khosla passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the age of 80 after a long and generous life on January 12, 2013. He was born in 1932, the fifth of six children to Har Narain and Rukman Khosla in India and remained proud of and attached to his humble beginnings. He is predeceased by his parents and dearest brother Dharam Vir and will forever be in the hearts of his siblings Bal Dev, Satya, Krishan and Dulari.

Sukh Dev is survived by his devoted and beloved wife of 52 years, Sudarshan (nee Kundra) and will be profoundly and deeply missed by his children Jay (Lisa) and Gautam (Sarah). He will always be an inspirational and cherished Dadaji to his grandchildren Jasmine, Samaya and Siena. In addition to being a devoted family man, Sukh Dev was a scholar and outstanding student. As a lifelong learner, he began his academic pursuits through obtaining his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Punjab University as well as completing United Nations fellowship to attend University of Cambridge, U.K. Following this, he advanced post work at the Indian Statistical Institute.

In 1960, he received a became a Fulbright scholar while teaching and finalizing his graduate work at the Wharton School, University Pennsylvania. In 1966, Sukh Dev went on to become a Professor of Economics and Statistics at Queens University in Kingston. He then chose to contribute to Canada by joining the federal public service in 1970 where he primarily worked at the Competition Bureau from its inception. He had a long and distinguished career while being instrumental in fostering the development of Canadian Competition policy that culminated in the bestowment of a Governor General's Award in recognition of his significant contribution to Canada. Prior to and following his retirement in 1993, Sukh Dev was actively involved as a community builder through his membership in the Rotary Club, as a pioneer in Ottawa's Indo-Canadian Association, and in supporting the growth and development of the neighborhood of Kanata.

Throughout his life, he was an exercise enthusiast and continued to participate in swimming, badminton, tennis and skiing activities and was a competitive bridge player, avid gardener and photographer. Sukh Dev's keen mind, insightful observations, deep reflections on life and knack for building good will and friendships will be missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank their loved ones and friends for their support as well as the staff at the Queensway-Carleton and Ottawa (General Campus) Hospitals, where he received such compassionate care in his last few days. A special thanks to Dr. Jake Majewski for his patience and kind attention to Sukh Dev's care over the past few weeks.
