Wvthevllle on the night of August 15 1926 where he was confined charg ed with a criminal attack on two young white women daughters of a farmer of that section of Wythe county came Into court yesterday afternoon and returned an Indict ment against loyd Willard charg ing hlmwith the crime Willard a farmer Is the only person named in the Indictment The special grand jury was convened bv the Judge of the circuit court of Wythe county on Tuesday morning pursuant to an order enter ed by the court late Monday after noon!
