all Just as It Is for there Is hardly a block in the city that has not sustained some damage from the wind and none bat that suffered from the water The Idea Is only to show tho wrecktd portions of the city That which Is completely demolished is indicated by the heavy line commencing at Eighth street and aTenue A and extending around tho gulf side of tho city to avenue and about Fortyfourth street where it takes a northward coarse baci up to avenue A again All on the east south and west of that lme Is a complete wreck most of It swept a3 clean ea the great ejert and piled up along this line Is a great mass of every conceivable article reaching In height from tea to thirty feet maklns a complete barricade around the city Behind this wreckage Is all that Is left of Galveston end that
