TI IK OTTAWA CITIZEN CLASSIFIED MONDAY, MAY 2(i, 2003 CIS IHDAVIil WESTON, Christopher Gordon Died suddenly in his sleep at the age of 36 in Richmond, VA on May 1 8, 2003. His tragic loss will leave behind emptiness in our hearts of a warm and gentle, caring person. Chris never had a harsh word for anyone and was always positive in his approach to life. His enquiring mind and cheerful smile reflected his engaging personality. He will be sadly missed by his wife June, mother and father, Dorothy and Bill, his surviving brothers James, Marty and their families, the many members of the extended Weston family, the Lagarde family, friends and co-workers at Infineon Technologies in Virginia.

A memorial service is planned for Wednesday, May 28 at 2 p.m. at the St James Anglican Church, Bridge Street, Manotick, ON. The Weston family will be available for visitation at St James at 1 p.m. Those who wish to do so may make a donation to the Heart Stroke Foundation of Ontario in lieu of flowers. KIRK, Elsie Harriett (nee Parmiter) born Topsail, Newfoundland May 9, 1922.

She passed away peacefully in Toronto May 21, 2003 in her 82nd year. Elsie was raised in Regina, Sask. and lived all her adult life in Ottawa. Dearly loved wife of the late David Kirk. Survived by daughter Lesley (and Roy Savage), granddaughters Sarah (and Jose Luis Sanchez) and Amanda (Clyne), great granddaughter Avila and brother Edgar Parmiter of St.

John's, Nfld. Elsie will be remembered for her elegance, her sharp intellect and her lifelong interest in art and ideas. Her passion was reading and she read a wide range of books from many countries and many disciplines. She was also a supporter of arts, charitable and co-operative organizations. Friends wishing to honor Elsie's memory could make a donation to a charity or community organization of their choice.

Predeceased by his wife Rita, his brothers Bud, Leo, Rene, Gerry, Pye and his sister Rita. Moe's smile, big blue eyes, laughter and love of life will be treasured by all who knew and loved him.

A Mass in Memory of Moe will be held on Saturday May 31st at 10 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 44 Rosethay Drive in Kanata with interment at Hope Cemetery. KELLY FUNERAL HOMES 235-6712 MILLS, Norman Rodney After a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 62, Norm was called to be with his Lord on Saturday May 24th, 2003, at the Cornwall General Hospital.

Norm served in the Canadian Military for four years, including as a United Nations Peacekeeper in the Middle East, in which he was decorated with two medals. He then had a distinguished 30 year career as a manager with Bell Canada. Active in the community, he is past chairman of First Baptist Church Board of Management, served in the Executive of Cornwall Minor Hockey Association, and actively counselled cancer and heart patients and their families. Beloved husband and best friend of 40 years to Deanna (Gardner). Dear loving and devoted son of Mabel Mills of Ottawa and the late Norman Mills.

Dear brother of Raymond (Delores) of Connecticut'; Jeff (Pearl) of Illinois; Dennis (Anne) of Vermont; Ginnie Cimino of Ottawa; and John (Norma) of Hudson, Quebec. Loving father of Kimberley Mellor (Tim) of Trenton; Tim (Johanne Denis) of Cornwall; and David (Alicia) of Atlanta, Georgia. Sadly missed by his 6 Alex, Tori, Curtis, Christian, Corey and Reagan. Cole Jean. Dear Papa of Scott, Shelby, Staci, Shannon, Jonathan and Susan. Predeceased by his brother Robert, survived by sisters Mona Bengston and Thelma Croskery, his sister-in-law Marge Patterson and many nieces and nephews. Percy served with the Canadian Armed Forces during WWII from September 1 939 until 1 945. After the war he joined the Boy Scouts of Canada working in executive positions in New Brunswick, British Columbia and Ottawa.

He retired in 1981 after 13 years as Chief Executive of the Boy Scouts of Canada. Following his retirement Percy continued to be active and was employed by the Anglican Book Store at the time of his death. Throughout his life Percy was an active member of the Anglican Church. Gail joined Beta Sigma Phi in 1976 in Fort Nelson, BC where she met many wonderful lifelong friends. Gail was an angel in life and has gone to be an angel with the Lord. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Angela), James, Adam and Tyler. Born in Onslow, Quebec, Harold was the son of Robert John Sally and Ella Mary Elizabeth Overton.

Cherished father of Anne Sterling and Eleanor Conboy (Keith). Devoted grandpa of Grahame and Evan Sterling; Christopher and Andrew Conboy.

Dear brother of Dick Sterling (Gwen) and predeceased by his brother, Bill (Olive). Will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Tom graduated from Queen's University and the University of Toronto, M.Sc. (1948). He worked as a Chemical Engineer and Research Scientist for The Defence Research Board at both Valcartier, Quebec and Ottawa.

During retirement Tom devoted his time to family and researched family genealogy.
