Dear mother to Orest, Jeremy, Yaroslav and Vira, proud and wonderful grandmother to Sophia, Martha and Christina and great grandmother to Harrison. She went to school in Ukraine to be a teacher. Immigrated to Canada in 1 949 and lived in Ottawa. Taught Ukrainian for 8 years to children in the Ukrainian community. She believed in education and directed all her children to university degrees.

KELLY FUNERAL HOMES V. 235-6712 1 40746 NAYLOR, Marguerite (Margo) Ellen (nee Brooks) Finally released her hold on life on Victoria Day, Monday, May 19th, 2003, in her 85th year, after a lengthy struggle with COPD. Born in Coventry, England, in 1918, she followed her husband to Canada when WWII ended. Predeceased by her beloved partner of 49 years, Rowland William (BiH), and her little sister, 'Babe' (the late Ken Heayes), she is survived by her older sister, Dulcie (the late Kenneth Hyde), who remains in England 'along with other family members. Her daughters, Sandra June and Marguerite Anne, will cherish the memory of her sweet smile, clear blue eyes, and soft hands.

Her grandchildren, Shari (Ivan Cragg), Liette (George Lakins), and Wendy (Steve Nolan) wiH miss their Nana, and her great-grandchildren (Shaun, Jason, Mallory, Colin, Megan, and Mark) will miss their G-G. Margo will be greatly missed by Gudrun and Klaus Gottlob, along with their children Sylvia (Doug McHough), Marion (Andre 'Mattel), and Sandy (Alan Labonte), and their grandchildren. Margo made friends wherever she went. She was a caring listener, with a quick intellect, and a lively sense of humour. She will be 'mdurned by her special friend, Paul Orr; her friends Maurice Wright and Karen Whillans; and the Ribbon Club at Richmond Park Square.

She touched the lives of those she met through her life in Manordale; the trailer at Pinewood near Cobden; the apartment (and especially the pool!) at 275 Richmond Road; the Kanata Retirement -Residence; Good Companions; her work with OS.TOP; work-outs at Curzons Carlingwood Club; the Ottawa Hospital including the Rehabilitation Centre; the stores and restaurants at Carlingwood Shopping Centre; Local Heroes on Merivale (her favourite place to shoot pool); and those who travelled with her on Para Transpo. She will be for her kindness, generosity, courage, perseverance, and for her love of nature jn all its forms: from butterflies to birds; fish to flowers; and elm trees to elephants. She loved being outdoors walking, swimming, fishing, reading, gardening, and exploring and the world was a richer place for her presence. Margo and her family deeply appreciated the quality of loving care she received at Starwood and thank both the residents and the staff. It was Margo's wish that her remains, like her husband's, be donated to the School of Anatomy at Ottawa University for medical education or research.

On receipt, her ashes will be interred with Bill's, in the Columbarium at Capital Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will be invited to gather to Celebrate Margo's life' at a future date, to be announced.
