Priscilla E. Clark, 86, native of Schuylkill County, died Thursday afternoon in Berks Heim. She formerly lived at 209 S. 5th Reading. Mrs.

Clark was a daughter of John and Mary Ann (Myers) Wright. She was a member of Reading Citadel, Salvation Army. Surviving are two grandchil dren, four great-grandchildren and seven great great grand children. Also a sister, Elizabeth Wright, Norristown, and two brothers: Robert Wright, Roy- ersford, and William Wright Conshohocken. Services will be held Monday afternoon in the Whelan and Mountz Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Forest Hills Mem orial Park. Brigadier Herbert Fink Sr. will officiate. John M. Vagasky John Michael Vagasky, 58, Hatboro, died at his home last week.

Born in Delano, he had also resided in Aristes. He was a son of the late John and Anna (Hvizda) Vagasky. He was employed by the Presto-Lite Corp. Hatboro. Surviving are his wife, the former Iva Snyder, a daughter, Mrs.

Benjamin Mann Levit-town; a son, Elwood, Hatboro; three grandchildren end four sisters, Mrs. Walter Steinhilbert, Ashland; Mrs. Edward Becker, Mount Carmel; Mrs. Clarence Tilmont, Centralia; and Mrs. Nicholas Ublick, Wilburton.

The funeral services were held Monday. Burial was in St Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Nu-midia. Michael Gedeika Funeral services were held to day for Michael J. Gedeika, 77, of Kulpmont, father of two Shen andoah women, who died Wed nesday at his home. Mass was celebrated in Holy Cross Church, Mt.

Carmel. Surviving in addition to his widow are three daughters, Mar garet, wife of Edward Swatsky, of Shenandoah; Miss Theresa, at home, and Mrs. Irene Bashus, also of Shenandoah; five grand children and four great-grandchildren; also one brother, Dom-inick Gedeika, of Long Beach, Calif. Samuel Starr Rites The funeral of Samuel W. Starr, 95, formerly of Valley View, who died Thursday morn ing in Doctors' Geriatric Hos pital, Selinsgrove, where he had been a patient for a year and a half, will be held Monday afternoon in Sacramento United Church of Christ.

Rev. C. R. Lytle, his pastor, will officiate. Interment in the church ceme tery.

Miller Funeral Home of Valley View, has charge. Born in Upper Mahantongo Township on Nov. 4, 1S70, he was a son of the late Peter and Mary Herb Starr. Mr. Starr, a former retail men's clothing merchant in Valley View, re tired 12 years ago.

He was a member of Sac ramento UCC Church and Val ley View Odd Fellows Lodge His wife, the former Lilly ann Maurer, died in 1950. Surviving are five sons, Rev. Mitchell Mrs. Anna (McDonald) Mit chell, of 15 W. Madison Street Baltimore, a native of Pt, Carbon, died Thursday at her home. She had been in ill health for the past five years. Daughter of the late Joseph A.

and Elizabeth Lyons McDon ald, Mrs. Mitchell was a member of St. Ignatius Church, Bal timore. While in Port Carbon, she belonged to St Stephen's Church. She was the last member of her family.

Mrs. Annie L. Scheetz Mrs. Annie L. Scheetz, 76, of Wilder Cressona, died Thursday at Allentown State Hospital.

Born and reared in Cressona, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Katie Sterner Achey. Her husband, Lewis H. Scheetz, died in July, 1954. Surviving are three children. Annie C. Mengel, who was born in Wayne Sch. County, died Thursday in Read ing Community Hospital. She was 81 and had lived at 713 N. 12th St.

Reading. A daughter of Cyrus and Mary Ann (Schaefer) Clauer, her husband, David A. Mengel, died in 1918: Before retiring in 1949, Mrs. Mengel had been employed for four years as an examiner at the Astor Knitting Mills. She is survived by a daughter Dora widow of Clifford Goodhart, West Lawn, and a son, oi Keacung; live grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a brother, Ja cob Clauer, Kenhorst.

Stoudt will officiate. Mrs. Susan Schmidt Mrs. Susan Reed Schmidt, 124 N. Market Shenandoah, died Thursday in Locust Moun tain Hospital, where she had been admitted as a medical pa tient several weeks ago.

Born in Shenandoah, she was the former Susan Pangres. She attended Shenandoah Schools and was a member of St. Stanis laus Church. Surviving are a son Joseph, Rahway, N. a daughter Anna Schmidt Rahway; four grandchildren.

Leo Skizenski, the former Martha Ann Morrell, of 361 Talmadge Bound Brook, N. formerly of Shen andoah, died Friday at 4 a.m in Somerset Hospital, Somer- ville, N. J. Mrs. Skizenski, born in Shen andoah on Feb.

22, 1915, was a daughter of the late William ahd Amy Dillensnyder Morrell. In questioning the prospective jurors. First Assistant District Attorney Richard B. Russell and Assistant District Attorney W. Allan Williams have been ask ing panel members whether or not they would be able to return a death penalty if the defendant were found guilty. Stackowski is charged with first degree murder, with the Commonwealth alleging that he shot his wife, Regina, with a .22 calibre German modeL vest pocket revolver, on July 28, 1965.

Begin Trial On Girl's Charges Charges of assault with intent to ravish and rape has been attached lor trial before Judge Vincent J. Dalton. Defendant is James Slavinsky, alias Eugene Slavinsky, of Shenandoah. Charges stem from an alleged assault on a Frackville girl. Presenting the Common wealth's case is Assistant District Attorney Adam Bavolack, while Atty.
