He pined for Shepherdstown, and so he has made his way back home, and having recovered his $aw-buck and axe he is again ready for business.

We suspect that he is like the groundhog, however? has come out a little too soon. We call attention to the advertisement this week of the Hurwitz Creamery Company, which has just begun operations in Charles Town. This is a thoroughly reliable concern, and if it is encouraged it ought to mean a great deal to the dairy and farm interests of this county. We hope that it may prosper. Tonight Charles Ray will be here in "Red Hot Dollars." Saturday night is known as laugh night at this popular playhouse, but there has never been a better program than for this Saturday, when William Gillett's famous stage comedy.

"Too Much Johnson," with Bryant Washburn in the title role, and the riproaring comedy "Uncle Tom Without a Cabin," which is a travesty on "Uncle Tom's Cabin." This letter comedy is a decided hit and all ought to sec it. Monday and Tuesday of next week D. W. Griffith's latest story, "Scarlet Days," will be the attraction, and it is said that Griffith has never presented a better story, which is of the Olden West and is not a war story in any particular. Next Wednesday and Thursday! dainty, lovable Marguerite Clark will be here in the famous play, "A Girl Named Mary." which as usual will entertain he host of friends.
