The 54-story hotel will contain 2,020 rooms surrounding a large skylit courtyard plus complete ex hibition and ballroom facilities and a seven-story retail shopping area. A legitimate theater will be located beneath the hotel's entrance plaza. Completion Set for 1977 Construction of the project, to be located on the -west side of Broadway between 45th and 46th is scheduled to start later this year with completion set for 1977.

The existing. 46th St. Theater will be renovated, but the Helen Hayes and Morosco theaters, Doth of early 1920 vintage, will be de molished. ASanitman Shot in Bronx: A Sanitation Department employe was shot about 2:30 p.m. yesterday as he tried to shut a fire hydrant in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. The victim, Anthony Lomoriel-lo, received emergency treatment at Lincoln Hospital before being transferred to North Shore Hospital, Manhasset, L.I. Officials at Lincoln Hospital reported him in fair condition. Police said several youngsters had been spraying passing mo torists from a hydrant on E.

I 160th between Trinity and Cauldwell Aves. Lomoriello jumped from the back of a sanitation truck to lecture, the children about the practice and also to close the hydrant. A crowd gathered, a shot was Sired and Lomoriello fell. Police said they" had no description of the assailant.
