Son of the late Orius Lemay and of the late Antonia Potvin. Dear husband of Fleurette Derby. Dear father of Jean-Claude (Line Charlebois), Michel (Marjolaine Pilon), Use (Richard Lauzon), Diane (Roger Galipeau), Ginette (Pierre Fugere). Brother of Ludger Prescille, Carmen, Fleurette and Helene (Raymond Lanthier).
