I Blood Donor Clinic, 85 Ply mouth Street, 130 to 430 and 6L30 to 8.30 p.m. Drug Users Often Cheated On Goods TORONTO (CP) The Addiction Research Foundation of Ontario today released a report "onasummer-long study of drugs that shows drug users often buy substances with little or no drug content. The study, dealing with drugs sold on the streets, shows there is a growing inconsistency in the quality of drugs sold especially in Toronto. The report says only 61.9 pe cent of 222 drug Samples analyzed in the study contained the drugs supposedly present. Samples were collected throughout the province 64 per cent from downtown Toronto, 18 per cent from surrounding suburbs apd municFpalities and 18 per cent from other Ontario centres.

Canadian Ship Sets Record MONTREAL (CP) While public attention has been focused for the last few weeks on the Arctic voyage of the giant American oil tanker Man hattan, a comparatively pint-sized Canadian vessel has also made history by sailing to an isolated weather station only 600 miles south of the North Pole. The Chesley A. Crosbie re turned to Montreal this week after travelling farther north than any other power-driven commercial vessel.
