He is survived by his wife, Ruth; sons Richard Keith and Sue of Merrickville, Gary and Bonnie of Kincardine; 4 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Robin, Shara-Rhea, Carrie-Lyn; a sister Joan and Bill Parker of Ottawa and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Stan was born September 14, 1912 in London, England.

Having served his apprenticeship as a toolmak-er at Ottawa Car, he then joined the Nuclear Movement at C.R.N.L. He was a highly respected tradesman and technician for 30 years until he retired in 1977. He and Ruth enjoyed many happy years with family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Deep River Hospital or the Long Term Care Faculty in Deep River.
