Mrs. Mary Winburn Hit By Car When Crossing Street Mrs. Mary O. Winburn, 60, 311 E. Market-st, received lacerations and abrasions of the body Thursday night, when struck by a car as she was crossing the street at Columbus-av and Water-st.

She was taken to Providence Hospital by Andres ambulance and reported in good condition today. Miss Helen Peters, 28, Vickery, driver of the car which hit Mrs. Winburn, pleaded guilty in municipal court today to a charge of failure to yield right-of-way to a pedestrian and was fined $5 and costs. Police said Mrs. Winburn was crossing the street with the which entitled her the right-of-way over the motor vehicle.
