R. PUGH, Sec'y. Rowdyism Rampant. The leader of the Bell party in this town are responsible for a tpeciet of down right rowdyism that la unbarable in decent community. Lacking in number and capacity to hold respectable meetings of their own, they obey the order o' their Cstain and prowl around the Lincoln Meetings yelling, at the weak er through Ihe windowt, hurrahing for Bell, bellowing I ke calves, and miking all kinds of unearthly noises to disturb the meetings.

In this, they sro always he ped by some Democrttt who- name we could mention. We do not state the above by truest, nor roniecture, but have the prnof if necessary. We do not of course hold the party in the rounty responsible for such conduct, but we do think, that if tuch respectable men, as the several candidate of lhat party, could witness low, detestable meant resorted too by their chiel supporters in thi locality, that truly they would bd ashamed uf the aa- tocittion Breckinridge State Convention.
