Representatives from each "provincial branch of the Canadian Red Cross Society gathered hers yesterday for the purpose of receiving; reports to ths Central Council previous to the annual meeting to be held today. The question of administration of workshops for sub-standard men was discussed, following an address on the subject by N. F. Parkinson, Deputy Minister of Ho idlers' Re-establlshment at Ottawa. A proposal was submitted that ths administration of these shops should be placed In ths hands of the Red Cross Society.

At ths present time approximately 70 men cams under this classification throughout ths Dominion, and It was probable that the number would be Increased as weak-neasee and lNnessea contracted In service were aggravated.
