B.C., a silver medal for her two figures of a mother holding her child, and a large ookpik. She was the guest of the school while travel and living expenses were paid by the department! Makituk will be in Ottawa for two weeks, after spending the summer; at Cape Dorset, before returning to her study ies in Nelsob. - . An experienced seamstress and clothing designer, she taught sewing at public, school in Cape Dorset Makituk stays with a minister and his wife in Nelson and spends much of her spare time making vestments for the minister.
