AN UNFORTUNATE AFFAIR Dr. W. J. Prince and James Marshall Come to Blows. An exciting encounter took place be tween Dr.

Will J. Prince, President of the Board of Public Safety, and Councilman James Marshall, this morning, in which Dr. Prince knocked Mr. Marshall down in the hallway leading to the Mayor's office in the City Building. The trouble between the two men is an out growth of the Gehle Speelman affair.

Later MrMarshal! swore out a warrant for the arrest of Dr. Prince on a charge of assault and battery. A similar charge was made against Mr. Marshall. Both' men waived examination before Mayor Cron and were bound over to the Common Pleas Court under $50 bond.
