Red envoys ml walk out on Chou PEKING (Reuter)-Envoys of the Soviet Union, six other Com munist countries and India walked out of a state banquet in Peking Friday night when Chi nese Premier Chou En-lai launched a bitter attack on Mos cow's backing of Indian "aggression" against Pakistan. Obviously angry, boviet Am bassador a 1 i Tolstikov stalked out of the reception in honor of Sudanese Vice-President Khalid Hassan Abbas when Chou said "social imperialists" repeatedly used the United Nations in order to obstruct a ceasefire. Tolstikov was followed by representatives of Bulgaria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Pol and, East Germany and Mongolia. It was the tirst time tor two years a Soviet ambassador had walked out of a reception ana diplomats believed it indicated that Sino-Soviet relations are less friendly than at any time since their border conflict in 1969. F-4 sales resumed, paper says (c) Chicago Daily News TEL AVIV-The United States has agreed to resume shipments of F-4 Phantom jets to Israel, according to a report published Friday in the authoritative pro- government Daily Davar.

This "feeling" was said to underline the satisfaction in the Israeli capital regarding the re sults of Premier Golda Meir's recent mission to the United States, where she conferred with President Nixon. "It's impossible to -predict hovfcBWwyhantomwilLget here or when they will arrive." the newspaper said in a cautious qualifier. Asked to confirm or deny the Davar story, a responsible official here would say only that the newspaper's political reporter "usually knows what he's talking about." Deliveries of Phantom and Skyhawk A-4 warplanes ceased last June when previous United States-Israeli contracts expired. Since then, this; country's leaders have been waging vocifer ous campaign to renew the jet 3. deals.
