Alan is best known for his skits har-p i insurance compa-nies, telephone companies and airlines. One of the most dazzling numbers ever presented in Las Vegas is the Desert Inn's "Pzazz '70." Over 18,000 lights are used as a background in this salute to Las Vegas. The production is now in its 12th week in the hotel's Crystal Room.

Dean Martin opens Tuesday evening. Abbe Lane is presently co-starring with Dick Shawn in the Music Hall of the Frontier Hotel. The show opens with the Korean Palace Dancers. Dick Shawn provides the humor with his popular "Mas-sa" bit, imitations, and sight gags.

Stardust Hotel Lounge, where many a star has been born, offers a new singing discovery in Joe Kyle, who appears in the musicomedy hit, "Tickle Your Fancy." Comedian Alan King stars in the new Copa show by producer Jack Entratter at Continued from Page 36 the bassist, and pianist Vivian, who throws a fine vocal or two. Scatman was recently cast in American International's "Bloody Mama," which stars Shelley Winters as Ma Barker. He also appears in "Hello Dolly," and a series of Jerry Lewis films. Both the voice and the piano artistry of Buddy Greco can be heard in the intimate Seventh Floor Fun Room of Harolds Club at the heart of Reno's Casino Way. Greco is the complete entertainer, a vocalist, a musician, a comic and dancer.

Appearing with Greco is the new dialect comic Dink Freeman, who made an instant hit with the Harry recorded for R.C.A. Fall fun is a specialty at South Lake Tahoe, and Park Avenue Tours has the "key." If you're driving up you can get a $10 refund.
