Oaly Lan Bryast Offer America's Largest SelecHes of Tall Fashiaatl 0WK Art of Indians On Display At Boro Museum The art of the Indians in the Americas, produced over centuries by peoples as disparate as the Aztecs and the Eskimos, will be placed on exhibition today at the Brooklyn Museum. Tha show marks the opening of the museum's Hall of the Americas on the first floor. Almost 2,000 objects, many of them never before on public view, will be displayed in four sections.

Textiles Pottery Spirit masks, costumes of animal skins and elaborate ivory carvings will be seen in the area devoted to ancient and modern Eskimo arts. The northwest coast tribes of British Columbia and Alaska will be represented by totem poles, house posts and huge masks. From later periods are Kachina dolls and masks, fetishes and feathered serpents, weaving, jew-slry and ornaments.
