Ontario Curling Gals Make Peace 'NORTH BAY (CP) Women curlers from southern Ontario will have a chance next year to compete for the Canadian championship under a new tor- mula agreed to by the province's curling associations. A playoff will be held in Schu macher next winter with three rinks from the Southern Ontario Ladies Cue ling Association meeting three from the Ontario Ladies Curling Association. The winning rink will repre sent the province in the Canadian finals.

This agreement was reached last weekend at a meeting of representatives from the two associations. The SOLCA, which represents 24,000 members, withdrew from the Ontario. Ladies Curling Council' several years ago because of failure to get equal representation.
